Educational Purpose

This app is designed to support children in developing strong mental maths skills using principles inspired by the Singapore Maths approach. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Singapore Ministry of Education or any other official body associated with the Singapore Maths curriculum.

Who May Use the Service

• Adults only: Parents and teachers must create and manage accounts using their own email address.
• Child use: The Service is intended for supervised educational use by children under the guidance of a parent or teacher.
• Anonymous child profiles: Adults may create anonymous usernames for children. Children should not provide personal data or email addresses.

Accounts and Child Profiles

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support (if available) via the in-app contact form.

Child profiles are managed by a parent or teacher. The Service stores only the educational progress (such as topic scores) associated with the anonymous username, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair, reliable, and effective use of the Service for all users, access to certain features may be subject to reasonable usage limits. These limits may include, for example, the number of child profiles associated with a family account, the number of classrooms managed by a teacher, or the number of students within a classroom.

Usage limits may vary depending on the subscription plan and are intended to support normal educational use. We reserve the right to enforce, modify, or introduce usage limits at any time, including to prevent misuse, ensure system performance, or support future feature development.

Where changes materially affect paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer optional paid subscriptions that provide access to additional features, such as an advert-free experience. Subscription options, prices, and billing intervals are displayed at the point of purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
• How to cancel: You can cancel at any time through your account settings or via any subscription management tools provided in the app.
• Effect of cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Advertising

Non-paying sessions may display limited advertising within the app. Paid accounts are advert-free. Ads, when displayed, may be served by third-party networks that collect anonymised usage data (such as device or app version). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data.
• Use the Service to collect, store, or distribute personal information about children.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the experience of other users.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or breach these Terms.

No Professional Advice

The content and exercises provided are for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute formal instruction, tutoring, or educational consultancy. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We may change features, pricing, subscription offerings, or usage limits from time to time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability
